भारत को जरूरत है महानायक की ना की महाभिनेता की - खुला पत्र अमिताभ बच्चन के नाम

आप को हम सदी का महानायक कहते है और गर्व महसूस करते है, पूरी दुनिया में २०० करोड़ से ज्यादा आपके चाहने वाले है, वो आपके कहने पर कुछ भी कर सकते है, पर कभी कभी मुझे ये लगता है की शायद हमने आपको कुछ ज्यादा ही कह दिया , आप महान अभिनेता हो सकते हो, महान इंसान हो सकते हो, महान कार्यकर्ता हो सकते हो पर महानायक कुछ ज्यादा है।

मैं आज ये पत्र आपको इसलिए लिख रहा हूँ की भारत को एक महानायक की आवश्यकता है और आप उसके लिए सबसे उपयुक्त हो और आपको  जनता ने महानायक माना भी है स्वीकारा भी है । आप ही दुनिया की सबसे ज्यादा जनता के महानायक हो ।

जरा सोचिए ??  हमने आपको महानायक और उससे भी ज्यादा सदी का महानायक क्यों कहा ? 

कम से कम 100 से अधिक कलाकार है जो आप से पहले फिल्मो में राज करते थे, आप के समय में भी राज करते रहे और आप का समय निकल जाने पर आजकल राज कर रहे है , किसी को भी महानायक नही कहा गया फिर आप को ही क्यों महानायक कहा गया।

जरा याद करिए आप अपनी कुछ  फिल्में , अजूबा , अग्निपथ, क्रोध,  जादूगर,तूफ़ान, शहंशाह, अमीर आदमी गरीब आदमी, इंकलाब, अँधा कानून, शक्ति, महान, देश प्रेमी ,

जरा इस दौर की फिल्मों पर गौर कीजिए और देखिए उनमे क्या बात कॉमन है, बहुत सी फिल्मो में आप एक मसीहा है जो कमजोरो की रक्षा कर रहा है , सिस्टम से, करप्शन से , लूट से, जुल्म से, कई फिल्मों में आपने अकेले पूरे सिस्टम से लड़ाई की , पूरा सिस्टम चेंज किआ, जादूगर फिल्म को याद करिए, एक ढोंगी बाबा का पाखंड दूर करने के लिए आप खुद बाबा बन गए और फिर अंत मे सचमुच उसी पाखंड को तोड़ा नही बल्कि उसी से दवाई खिला कर लोगो का इलाज किया, लोगो की सहानभूति ली।  

1980-1985 ये वो वक्त था हिन्दुतान बदलना शुरू हुआ था, इमरजेंसी से बाहर निकला था, घरो में टेलीविज़न पहुंचने लगे था, लोगो को जानकारिया हो रही थी, पॉलिटिक्स चेंज हो रही थी, देश मे आंदोलन चल रहे थे और उस वक्त आई हुई ये आपकी की फिलमें जो आपको महानायक दिखाती, जो लोगो को दिखाती देखिए ये एक सिस्टम से त्रस्त व्यक्ति सिस्टम के खिलाफ खड़ा हो गया और जीत गया। यही वी समय था जब भारत खुलना शुरू हुआ था, लोग प्रश्न पूछ रहे थे सिस्टम से, लोग कुछ करना चाह रहे थे जीवन मे , लोग नए सपने बन रहे थे और उसी समय ही लोग भारत से बाहर बहुत गए, सभी के लिए आप महानायक थे, वो सभी अपने जीवन में संघर्ष कर रहे थे और वो फ़िल्म में आप को संघर्ष करते देखते और अंत मे जीतता हुआ भी देखते तो उनका जोश दुगना हो जाता और वो खुद को जीतता हुआ महसूस करते आप की जीत के साथ।

उसी दौर ने आपको महानायक की उपाधि दी, उसी दौर ने आपको फिल्मी दुनिया के बाकी सभी 100 से अधिक फिल्म स्टार जो लगभग आपको के ही समकक्ष कहे जा सकते है उनसे अलग कर दिया, बाकी सब फ़िल्मी नायक या अभिनेता रह गए और आप महानायक बन गए।

मुझे लगता है शायद आपको भी ये महसूस हुआ की जनता के लिए कुछ करना चाहिए और इसी के चलते आप ने  1984 में फिल्मे छोड़ कर पोलिटिकस में आ गए, शायद आप को लगा हो कि मैं राजनीति में जाकर कुछ महानायक जैसा काम कर पाऊं , पर राजनीति आपको रास नही आई, में इस बात पर बहुत नही कहूंगा क्यूंकि ना तो में सच जानता हूं इस घटना का और ना ही पुरानी बातें याद करना मेरे इस पत्र का विषय है ।

ये हुई पुरानी बातें फिर एक दौर आया जब आप की फिल्में चल नही रही थी, बिज़नेस में नुकसान हुआ और बहुत सी ऐसे चीजे जो आपको नही करनी चाहिए थी वो आपने की, चाहै फिल्मे हो, चाहे उस समय के राजनीतिक रिश्ते , पर आप को कौन बनेगा करोड़पति मिला और आप का एक नया दौर शुरू हुआ,आप घर घर का नाम हो गये , आप सपने बेचने लगे और लोग टीवी पर चिपके रहते आपको मिलने के लिए, मुझे याद जब KBC आया रात भर घर के सब लोग KBC का नुंबेर लैंडलाइन से डायल करते रहते थे कि हमारा नंबर लग जाए, पूरे देश का यही हाल था, केबीसी  ने आपको नई पहचान दी और हमारे दौर के लोग जो 1980-1990 के बीच पैदा हुए जिन्होंने आपकी की फिल्में टीवी पर तो देखी पर कभी भी आपसे बहुत नहीं जुड़ पाए थे आपकी महानायक की छवि को स्वीकार नही किया था , उन्होंने भी केबीसी के दौरान स्वीकार लिया की अगर कोई सदी का महानायक है तो वो है आप। उसके बाद  लोग आपके हिसाब से फिल्मे लिखने लगे और आपने एक से बढ़कर एक फिल्मे दी और पूरी दुनिया ने बिना किसी शक के स्वीकार किया की अगर इस सदी का महानायक कोई है तो वो सिर्फ आप है सिर्फ आप है सिर्फ आप है।

पर क्या आपने कभी सोचा है कि क्या आपको महानायक कहना वो भी केवल कुछ काल्पनिक किरदारों की वजह से कोई गलती तो नही है।  आप सुपरमैन , बैटमैन , स्पाइडर मैन जैसे महानायक नहीं थे जिनको किसी दुनिया को नष्ट करने वाले काल्पनिक किरदार से लड़ना था, आप महानायक हो भारत की जनता के जिसने आपको उनकी रोज की परेशानियों से लड़ते देखा , उनसे जीतते देखा। आप महानायक को उस जनता के जिसने आपकी फिल्म देखकर सोचा की हां कोई महानायक है और हम जिसके पीछे है और वो जीत गया।  वो जीत चाहे छणिक थी चाहे काल्पनिक थी पर वो जीत थी  ,जनता के महानायक की जीत, जनता की जीत।

आप विश्व के २०० करोड़ से ज्यादा लोगो द्वारा स्वीकृत महानायक हो, पिछली शताब्दी के एकमात्र जीवित महानायक।

मैं वैसे तो ये चाहता हु की आप 5०० वर्ष तक जिये पर सत्य को तो स्वीकारना पड़ेगा , आप अगले 20-30 साल या 40 साल जब तक भी जिएंगे तब तक क्या आपको नहीं लगता की जीवन के इस पड़ाव में सचमुच में महानायक जैसा कुछ करना चाहिए ।

आप अभी तक  अपनी इस छवि का फायदा सिर्फ और सिर्फ सम्पति जमा करने में कर रहे हो, आप शैम्पू , तेल , साबुन , टीवी , फोन , बिस्कुट, नमकीन, डायपर और पता नही क्या क्या बेच रहे हो। मनोरंजन आप कर रहे है पर अब शायद मनोरंजन से ज्यादा चाहिए जनता को ।

हाल ही में कुछ कर्मवीर के एपिसोड देखे मैने और हर बार यही मन में आया कि आप तो सिर्फ अभिनेता है नायक भी नही है महानायक जैसा तो आपने कुछ नही किया, एक छवि बनाई और उस छवि से साबुन तेल बेच कर सम्पति बनाई, हो सकता है बीच मे कुछ पोलियो फ्री में, या अन्य सरकारी योजनाओं का प्रचार किया हो हो सकता है कुछ लोगो को आर्थिक मदद की हो पर वो तो आपके प्रोफेशन का हिस्सा है, उसमे कुछ भी महान नही है और नायक या महानायक तो कुछ नही है।

केबीसी भी सिर्फ एक मनोरंजन है लोगो के सपनो को बेचने का, पूरे देश से लगभर 120 लोगो ने हिस्सा लिया जिसमें से 10-15 लोग कुछ अच्छा जीते हो और कुछ 30-40 लोग थोड़ा जीते पर इससे भी एक बड़े समाज का सिर्फ मनोरंजन हुआ उससे ज्यादा कुछ नहीं , ये भी सिर्फ एक मनोरंजन बाजार का हिस्सा है।

आपकी एक छवि है जो शायद विश्व में दोबारा बननी असंभव है, और ये हमारा देश है जिसको नायक की जरूरत है , ये तो ऐसा देश है जो इस समय नायक के आभाव से गुजर  रहा है और उसे जो भी लगता है नायक बनने लायक उसके पीछे हो जाता है, इस देश को जरूरत है इस समय लोगो के द्वारा लोगो से जुड़ा सामाजिक आंदोलन करने की, जो राजनीतिक ना हो।  राजनीति में तो यहाँ के लोग अक्सर धोखा खा जाते है क्यूंकि राजनीति है है ऐसी, अरविन्द केजरीवाल ने एक आंदोलन खड़ा किया जिसमे जनता उसके साथ थी पर वह सब भूल कर राजनीतिक रह गया, यही नरेंद्र मोदी के साथ भी है, वो भी जब तक प्रधानमंत्री नहीं थे जनता को जोड़कर कुछ बड़ा आंदोलन खड़ा करने की बात करते थे पर अब वो भी नहीं कर पाते, शायद कुछ मजबूरियां है राजनीति की।

आप जरा इस देश के अमीरो की स्तिथि भी देखिये , वो  सिर्फ पर्सनल सम्पति बनाने में लगे है, वो अपनी धनराशि का एक बड़ा हिस्सा अपनी ही बनाई एक ट्रस्ट के नाम कर देते है और वो ट्रस्ट एजुकेशन इंस्टिट्यूट , हॉस्पिटलस इतियादी बनाती है और एक बडा इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर बना लेते है जो परिवार का होता है, जिसमे शेयरहोल्डर का भी कोई हिस्सा नहीं होता , जो बाजार के जोखिम से दूर होता है और सम्पतियाँ और सम्पतियाँ बढ़ती जाती है।  थोड़ा बहुत ये लोग डोनेट कर देते है , थोड़ा बहुत कुछ सोशल काम कर देते है पर इनमे से कोई भी ऐसा नहीं है जिसने साहस किया हो व्यवस्था परिवर्तन का जो सिर्फ नायक ही कर सकता है।

यहाँ जरूरत है एक महानयक की जो सबको साथ जोड़े, जिस पर सबको विश्वास हो , जो राजनीतिक ना हो, जिससे आम जनता भी जुड़े।  आप जरा मुझे बताइए आप ही केबीसी में एक व्यक्ति जो इतना महान काम कर रहा है चिकित्सा का उसको 20 करोड़ की जरूरत है एक अस्पताल के लिए , अगर आप जैसा व्यक्ति सिर्फ एक अपील भी कर देगा और लोग 1000 रुपया भी डोनेट करेंगे तो सिर्फ २ लाख लोग चाहिए और ये पैसा 10-15 दिन में मिल जाएगा और एक महान काम जो शायद 10-20 साल में होता वो शुरू हो जाएगा।

जरा सोचिए भीख माँगना इस देश में अपराध है पर फिर भी पूरे देश में हर जगह लोग आपको भीख मांगते दिख जाएंगे। हर साल 50000 से ज्यादा बच्चे अपहरण हो जाते है और भीख मांगने पर लगा दिए जाते है, इस्सके लिए एक नेशनल लेवल मूवमेंट की जरूरत है जो एक महानायक ही कर सकता है।  कोई भी भिकारियो को इससलिए मदद नहीं कर पाता की उसको कहाँ रखेंगे , कैसे उनका जीवन यापन होगा , यही सोचकर सभी उसको भीख देकर मुक्त हो जाते है, आप कोशिश करिए एक संस्था बनाने की , आपके पीछे पूरा देश होगा  , आप महानायक हो , आप जैसा कहोगे लोग कहेंगे। आप के लिए 1000 करोड़ कोई बड़ी बात नहीं है , 1 करोड़ लोग 1000 रुपया हर साल देंगे तब हो जाएगा, या फिर  1 लाख लोग 1 लाख हर साल देंगे तब 1000 करोड़ हो जाएगा, इस्सके अलावा कंपनीया है फ़िल्मी सितारे है सब जुड़ जाएंगे। हिंदुस्तान में हर शहर में हजारो बड़ी बड़ी बिल्डिंग्स बेकार पड़ी है, अगर उनको लगेगा की आपका काम है सब आपको दे देंगे उनको लोगो को रखने के लिए पढ़ाने के लिए, आप अपील करेंगे तो सभी स्कूल 20-50-100 बच्चो को फ्री पड़ा देंगे।  सरकार की इतनी स्कीम है उनमे सब में से सहायता मिल जाएगी, आपके लिए सरकार नई स्कीम बना देगी।

अगर आप प्रति व्यक्ति 50000 रुपया  साल भी खर्च करो खाने, रहना और पढ़ाई , स्किल डेवेलपमेंट इत्यादि में तो 2 लाख से अधिक लोगो का जीवन स्तर परिवर्तित होगा 1000 करोड़ रुपया से ।

इस देश में हज़ारो कर्मवीर है जो अपने स्तर पर बहुत कार्य कर रहे है, यदि उनको आप जैसा व्यक्ति जो महानायक है एकतत्र करता है और उनके कामो को प्रोत्साहित करता है तो उनके कामो की गति में परिवर्तन होगा और करोड़ो लोग उससे प्रभावित होंगे।  आप अगर किसी कार्य के लिए खड़े हो गए तो लाइन वही से शुरू हो जाएगी भारत के सभी सितारे चाहे फ़िल्मी , चाहे स्पोर्ट्स या किसी भी अन्य फिल्ड के सब आपके पीछे होंगे।  मैं मान  ही नहीं सकता की अगर आपने बीड़ा उड़ा लिए तो 1 लाख करोड़ भी कोई बड़ी रकम होगी, वो भी बहुत छोटी रकम दिखाई देगी।

ये सब एक महानायक कर सकता है, और इस देश को जरूरत है एक महानायक की, आप यकीन मानिए मेरी बात का अगर आप शुरू करेंगे लोग आप के पीछे हो जाएंगे।  मैं अपने सारे काम छोड़ कर आपके पीछे इस काम में लगने को तैयार हूँ और ऐसे लाखो लोग है जो जुड़ेगे।


मेरा इस पत्र का उद्देश्य केवल ये है, की आप जैसा महानायक हजारो वर्षो में कोई पैदा होता है, आप जरा विचार करिए और इस देश को दिशा दीजिए , इस देश को आंदोलन की जरूरत है अपने लोगो की मदद करने के लिए , इस देश के अमीरो को जरूरत है की वो नीचे भी लोगो को देखे चाहे हजारो करोड़ के घर में रहे , करोड़ो रूपये रोज अपने उप्पर खर्च करे पर कुछ देश में क्रांतिकारी परविवर्तन का हिस्सा बने और वो बन सकते है पर सभी को यहाँ एक नायक चाहिए। सब सम्पति बनाने में लगे है, सब संपत्ति यही रह जानी है , इस देश को अब ये दिखाने की जरूरत है कि सम्पति एक छलावा मात्र है , एक समय के बाद हमे सब लोगो को अपने साथ लेके चलना है । ये सब हो सकता है जर्रोरत है सिर्फ एक महानायक की जो आप हो।  सब पीछे चलना चाहते है आगे कोई नहीं।  आप आगे बड़े सब आपके पीछे होंगे।

A practical approach to entrepreneurship through higher education.

INDIA is headlong toward economic success and modernization, counting on high-tech industries to name a few are IT, Automobile and biotechnology to propel the nation to prosperity. One of the major contributors in this growth is the growth in the Higher Education system in India due to involvement of the private investment. Now the focus of Higher Education is moving towards to create not only world-class research programs but also very highly trained scholars, scientists, or managers to sustain high-tech development.

One more area which our Higher education system should give a thought is the Entrepreneurship. Though Entrepreneurship is in very nascent stage in India, but it is one of the important forces behind the creation of modern day business conglomerates globally. Entrepreneurship plays a crucial role in pursuit of growth and development goals of every economy. 

We as a society has been developed to do the service work only. Most of our education system teaches us that how can one become a good follower. Sometimes we take it as a pride because it is the base of Service Industry in India. But in order to maintain sustain development and growth charter we need to innovate, we need to come up with new ideas, we need to push hard to build solutions not only services. All of the above can be done by the modern edge entrepreneurship and Higher Education system can play a very vital role in that. 

As we know most of the people pursuing higher education in India are first generation Engineers/Managers. These first generation Engineers and Managers needs to be motivated to take the path of Entrepreneurship and also educate them for the various challenges and opportunity in the same via workshops, training programs etc.

Emerging Technologies like Information and Communication technologies are defining the emergence of knowledge driven first generation entrepreneurs on the scale which has no precedence in the human history. In the last 30 years first generation entrepreneur from world and many of them from India has emerged as a global business leader.

In India, we have just started our journey for the Entrepreneurship and we need to help these entrepreneurs to have a favorable environment. Some of these challenges can be listed as Space, Knowledge, Finance, Branding and Marketing, Mentor/Advisors, Services, Human Resource, and Joint Initiatives.

Higher Education System can help them in each of the above domain while fulfilling their objective of creating world class techno-managerial man power. These can be mapped in the Higher Education Institute as done as – Space – In the Institute Premises, Knowledge – Vibrant communities, Workshops and Training Program, Finance – Supporting initial testing, Branding & Market – Showcase on Institute Platform , Mentor/Advisors - Involving Senior Faculty and Visiting Faculty , Services – Pool of service vendors , Human Resource – Students can work on part time basis , and Joint Initiatives – Institutes can come with some joint program with the involvement of faculty and multiple entrepreneurs .

Brief Profile of Author – Myself Sachin Jain, I did my B-tech in electronics and communication from PCCS, Gr. Noida ( UPTU Lucknow) in year 2004. I had GATE score of 95.52 in year 2003 and in 99.19 in year 2004. After that I completed M-tech communication system from IIT Roorkee in year 2006 with 8.45 CGPA. I got the prestigious GE leadership Scholarship in 2005. After completing my M-tech degree, I joined Freescale Semiconductor Pvt. Ltd. as a research engineer. I worked 3.5 years in freescale. I had started a forum for student counseling called uptuplus.com in year 2008.It was a huge success and engaged more than 10,000 readers. This motivated me to start my own venture. I was one of the co-founder of UPTU WATCH which started in 2010.

I am associated with many social organizations such as Nanotechnology Education Society, Tiecon etc. I am also one of the founder member of an organization for entrepreneurs “Network of IT Entrepreneurs and Enterprises” working for the cluster development approach within the community. Challenges in the Higher Technical Education System: 1.

2. Lack of Information: Everybody( i.e. Institutes and Universities) claim that they are number one and once a person take admission he knows the actual truth and then he becomes very negative. If some of these information can be provided with a proper research base then atleast person will be knowing that what exactly he will be getting in campus and prepare himself accordingly.
3. Information availability in local language : This is one of the another aspect that the client in education system is not student, it is the parent which ultimately need to buy the product. Still 70-75% parent are comfortable with their own language, they do not understand English. This is one of the bigger challenge to put all that information in the local language and make that available to the mass of audience.
4. Affordability: In last few years the cost of getting education has increased phenomenally ( upto 10 times in some segment). Very challenging for lower middle class to cope up with the same.
5. Trust and Credibility: This is one of the important factor one need to understand. It take years to create trust and it took minutes in which trust goes away. Whatever the business model, it should have room around a certain level of trust and credibility that should not be that high which can be broken with a single instance but a moderate one so that a large segment can believe us.
6. Course Structure and Industry Academia Interface:
   1. A management student have to study 52 papers in 20 months time, each paper has got 30-35 sessions, (1.25 Hrs per session).
   2. These institutes are in connection with major corporate, students think and treat these as employment exchange, campus placement is the main attraction for students.
   3. Engg and Management students in private Institute take private tuitions at hoe or in coaching centers.
   4. The parents pay abnormal money to put their kid in Engg and MBA institute as if thinking that they will get Nirvana, which is not actually true.
7. Employability: A few years back McKinsey-Nasscom report came out that India needs quality man power, but here again McKinsey said that only 25% of the grads are employable, to be honest only 15% are employable the balance is all junk product. Few more survey on the same line and length showed that only 4% of the Indian graduated youth is workable on the development and research job and rest 20% which NASSCOM says employable can work in ITES companies.
8. Employment: In India we are majorly dealing with middle class or lower middle class. In that segment, the person who is going for a higher education degree might be first generation engineer/doctor. His family puts all his saving/land in the education of the student. If after completion there are no job options it hearts lot of people. That’s why we have a huge demand of skill oriented courses which can lead to immediate job with these higher technical education degree programs.
9. Government Policies: In India we are still living in the license raj in the education system and we have multiple regulatory bodies which take care of the affiliation process, course curriculum, semester system etc. All this is not created as per the current demand but it is created as per some old people in the government system who might not seen any industry in their lifetime.
10. Lack of Interaction with each other i.e. Collaboration : This is another important aspect in which these campuses has failed. Now we are living in a global word and even the big companies are doing merger, acquisition, collaborations, partnerships, joint ventures, innovative business models to support each other. But these so called big campuses have not talked with each other. There are various initiatives which can be done in the come with the collaboration.\
    1. Just for an example : If I have a do a fest in collaboration with 5-6 campuses of greater noida, then it might be the biggest institute level event in Asia or may be in the world with the participation of more than 1 lac people physically and 4-5 lac people online.
    2. Placement Drive: If one need to do a placement drive for the UP technical students then we need to hire pragati maidan for the same and we can have the biggest placement pool campus in this world.

In India most of the people who started the educational institute did not know about the technical education. Because of high growth there were a dearth of good quality people who can run the system well and which ultimately leads to the lack of quality problems at each step in the technical education scenario.

The root cause of most of the above problems is lack of information. This system needs a platform which can address most of the above issues at single place.

In an increasingly demanding, challenging and complex classroom environment, Now it is very tough for teachers to cover the entire syllabus in time and if we expect more than that it is our false hope. So a effective way to reduce this problem is to learn some of the skilled course as per the interests and get an certification in those which proves you ahead in the competition.

INDIA is moving toward vision India2020 and counting on high-tech industries to which can take nation to economic success and modernization. Unfortunately, our weak higher education system seems to be major hurdle in this mission. Private Investments in higher education in recent years has yielded not world-class research programs nor very highly trained engineers or managers to create a enviornment for the technological growth.
Other countries — especially China but also Singapore, Taiwan, and South Korea — are investing in large and create a sustained higher education systems. These countries are creating some world class research based universities and also trying to provide the access to large numbers of students at the bottom of the academic system.
What India have:
India has significant advantages in the 21st century knowledge race.

• Third Largest Education sector for Higher Education in terms of students number after China and the United States.
• English as a primary language of higher education and research.
• Natural Logical/Mathematical Capabilities
• More than Rs. 50000 Cr. Investment from pvt. sector in the education space in last 10 years.
• Dreaming Middle Class which has only power as Higher Education to change their status.
  

Yet the weaknesses far outweigh the strengths.

• Only 10% of its young people goes fro higher education compared with more than 50% in major industrialized countries and 15 per cent in China.
• In most of the counties a significant number reaches to the top-tier and a massive quality man power at bottom. In India we have a very thin layer at top and bottom is full of un-employable man power. None of its universities occupies a solid position at the top.
  

What our top Technical Institutes students are doing :
The difference between our top Institution and Second Layer of Institution is huge, we can imagin the situation of third layer of Institutes. Though we have some world-class institutions like IITs, IIMs, AIMS, IISC, ISB and perhaps a few others. These institutions, combined, enroll well under 1 per cent of the total enrolled student population.
Even this small top tier of higher education does not contribute in the Higher Education in India. Most of the IIT graduates, well trained in technology, chose not to contribute their skills to the technology sector in India. Perhaps half leave the country immediately upon graduation to pursue advanced study abroad — and most do not return. Another significant group, of about 30 per cent, decides to earn MBAs in India because of higher salaries are higher — and are lost to science and technology.
Faculty is another big challenge this country is facing. IITs, IIMs does have a top breed of faculty but because of Higher Research opportunity and consulting projects they are leaving the country. Including these top tier institutes, Faculty shortage is one of the challenges in front of Higher Technical education systems.

E-learning, Certifications and Online Degree can play a vital role in the present scenario :

Students need to come forward and take steps in their learning processes. We can not always blam the system for our scenario. We also need to look on an alternative. It will take another 20-25 years to India to come upto the mark of World standards of technical and higher education. So why to wait and re-invent the wheel when we can learn at our desktop. Why can not we have a Great Political System in India ?

Why can not we have a Great Political System in India ?

Just less than 10,000 people needed to be put in most of the political positions in India, included Vidhan Sabha, Lok Sabha and most of the Municipal Corporations. This number is just .001% of the Indian population. Can not we make a Society something like Civil Society or any other NGO or group of social workers etc create a constitution of a political party, its member, its senior leader, its worker etc and participate in the great Indian Electoral System.

Why not that agency invite application from all india and choose people from them to be leader of the country. I am sure that more than 10% people from various top position and different walk of life are corruption free. They want to contribute and look for a platform. There are various social worker and independent worker in every segment of life which are contributing whatever small they can do, they can be collected at a single platform. There can be people from People fighting corruption, Honest officer, Retired people, social worker etc can make part of such move.

The rules and regulation of political party should be very firm. They should be decided like constitution. I know in future there will become some flaws and people will start abusing it, but for at least some years 10-15 years a change will come and that change will contribute a lot in the development of India.

There is no use of cursing anybody. We need to be in the political system to correct that.

I appeal to anna team that they should seriously think of this. They have people support and also they have media management which nobody knows except congress in India. They can be ideal platform to start such move.

Statements of Team Anna - Are these for Mental Masturbation ?

Team Anna is is crossing the limits....I think they are actually forgetting the main aim of their formation..Most of the people love to talk...whatever they are saying and demanding with the same set of people..and saying that those people are criminal, useless etc...so what is the purpose of asking or demanding with them only....the idea should be giving solution not talking....Some of the team anna member is actually doing Mental Masturbation to satisfy their intellect..these are the people who is highly intelligent and achieved certain achievements in life but could not achieve what they should get being that intellect...... these people are Arvind Kejriwal, Kiran Beni, Bhushan Duo ( Father and Son)....these people actually mind wash Anna and also find other person like Kumar Vishvas etc in their support and using them to satisfy their intellectual mind.....

There are some questions which Team Anna should answer...

1. Why they are demanding with same set of people on which they do not have any faith.

2. What will happen if many constituency will get no person elected...why not they identify good people from India and ask them to part of electoral System...they themselves come in front and support the electoral system...

3. How can a system can be changed without being part of the system...just cursing of the system will actually help in long run may be 100 yr or so..we all know what the system is...there is no need of cursing system again and again...

4. Why they are not involving people at national level...because they does not want to actually effect the system...they want their ego to be satisfied.....

One of the possible solution can be to make ideal principles and create a political party with those principles........make a working committee which can have people from team anna and some more people who will be monitoring the working of the party members of this new formed party......in that process team anna will not have to join mainstream politics...and they will actually be clearing the system...........It will be very easy to find 1000s of good people from our 120 cr population...which can be part of electoral system... why not they involve people who have been involved to fight corruption like family members of those Martyr and form tell them to fight elections........they support good people from outside and help them to get positions in main stream Government .....if 20% of the leaders are good in the system...lets say in 5 year effort........the results will be much better for country...not just the media hype.......

Rail Budget Drama.....

I think Congress only knows how to do politics....They have bribed Dinesh Divedi and created the rail Budget drama and entire country is talking about that...and every body forget that we are having main budget on 16th.....no news channel and news paper is talking to that........Kudos to Congress....they deserve to rule us.....BJP people should take coaching from senior Congress leaders otherwise leave the politics....
